About this deal

Unlike our earlobes, the foreskin is an extremely thin piece of tissue with a dense network of nerves and blood vessels. The researchers discovered that using the balloon in between the inside of the foreskin and the glans for 20 minutes everyday for two weeks, could trigger a loosening of a tight foreskin. This balloon foreskin stretcher was patented around the world and has helped tens of thousands of men all over the world treat their phimosis. It is highly hygienic - Unlike latex, it is extremely easy to sterilize stainless steel. All GlansPro devices come pre-sterilized by autoclave process. You can also reuse stainless steel devices without worrying about infections. Simply use alcohol prep pads to cleanse GlansPro's prongs and you can be assured that you are not introducing new germs to your penile tissue. The silicone ring stretching method is based on the same approach many people use to expand the size of their ear piercings. Silicone rings indeed help gradually widen the opening of ear piercings over time however the same is not true for the foreskin.

The handle end is the end that does the stretching on my device but I guess either way would work. I removed the rubber tips from the clamp end and drilled a hole right through. Then insert a threaded bolt, and use a combination of 3 nuts. 2 nuts hold one side of the clamp onto the bolt, the other wing nut on the left is what controls the stretch and speeds and closes the clamp. I have used 2 wing nuts and 1 normal nut but you only need 1 wing nut really. This article was co-authored by Scott Tobis, MD. Dr. Scott Tobis is a board certified Urologist. This involves gently pulling on the foreskin with your fingers and applying pressure to encourage it to stretch. It's vital to be gentle and avoid applying too much pressure as this can cause discomfort and even injury. It's also recommended to do this after a warm shower or bath, which can soften the skin and make it more pliable. When you no longer feel a stretch, it is time to try the next size up. Always take care when moving up a size to ensure that you do not overstretch. It can help to take a long bath or shower before progressing to the next size. As an approximate guide 2-3 days per size is common, but ensure to maintain your own parameters according to how the current size feels. Other steroid creams for foreskin stretching may include 0.05 percent betamethasone (Celestone Soluspan). AntibioticsSo rather than exert an opposing force onto the phimotic band and stimulate it to grow, these balloons simply pouch outwards. Exerting any more air pressure into the balloon does not translate into more pressure on the phimotic band - it translates into a greater out-pouching of the balloon. A foreskin stretcher (known by Doctors as a foreskin tissue expander) is a tool that is specifically designed to stretch or loosen a foreskin with or without phimosis. The foreskin tissue is capable of adapting to regular pressure over time by increasing the volume of foreskin cells and thereby increasing the circumference of the foreskin. An increased circumference of the foreskin makes the foreskin looser and more likely to retract without resistance. Foreskin stretchers can be used to treat uncomplicated phimosis or for the preferential loosening of the foreskin. So what is adult phimosis?

Circumcision consists of surgically removing the foreskin. This treatment is usually a last resort if other home or medical treatments haven’t worked. Phimosis refers to a tightening of the foreskin which prevents, or limits the ability to retract over the glans. It is generally divided into physiologic and pathologic phimosis.Researchers have found that up to 1 out of 3 men that undergo circumcision are dissatisfied with their results. More than half of those patients report that the procedure actually "made things worse". Reduced sensitivity and poor cosmetic results are among the most common reasons circumcised patients don't recommend surgery to fix phimosis.
