Having a pancreatic disease, Sakura had a little time in this beautiful world. Although Haruki & Sakura both were classmates, they were like strangers. Suddenly, they came to know each other through the library committee. She used to mix with him by force as Haruki seemed to be shut up. One day in the corridor of a hospital he found a diary telling about a disease which was Sakura's. That's how Haruki gets to know about her little life.
