OKAY THIS WAS TOO CUTE AND NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW THAT THIS IS OVER. I flew through this book in two days and could not get enough of Eve and Jacob. Eve has watched her sisters Dani and Chloe become successful in their professional lives as well as in love. But Eve can’t seem to get herself going. Failing at most everything she tries. Nothing seems to fit for her. Jacob Wayne is in control. Always. The bed and breakfast owner’s on a mission to dominate the hospitality industry and he expects nothing less than perfection. So when a purple-haired tornado of a woman turns up out of the blue to interview for his open chef position, he tells her thebrutal truth: not a chance in hell. Then she hits him with her car— supposedlyby accident. Yeah, right. this was cute and fun and short and basically the literary equivalent of cotton candy (gone before you know it and not AS satisfying as you think it's going to be).

Again many thanks to Talia Hibbert for the lovely author's note at the start, it was appreciated! 😘Also thanks for another brilliantly diverse romance! I'm so happy we have been getting so many of these over the last couple of years, and really hope that we continue to get romance to represent all kinds of readers!

or most of my childhood, which i spent convinced i was destined to marry either joe jonas (the obvious best of the brothers) or my neighbor who once threw a snowball directly at my face — whoever showed up first. YA romantic comedy between two former best friends turned bitter enemies and academic rivals. She’s a grumpy conspiracy theorist, he’s a beloved football player with OCD. Now they have to survive a wilderness expedition – together.

Fake Relationship books are simply where it’s at in Romancelandia! This is hands-down my favorite trope. That moment when a connection of convenience turns into real feelings is the most romantic thing to me! Somehow, fake relationships make for great love stories. Have you ever had a hot stranger come up and pose as your … Ravenswood #1.5. (Free novella.) A small-town, seaside romance between a pregnant heroine fleeing her ex-husband and a wholesome cafe-owner who just wants to give her omelettes and support and no-strings-attached oral pleasure. Ok! It’s time for Eve to start living! While taking a drive she comes across a B&B in need of a new chef. Well, Eve loves to cook so why not! Only as desperate as Jacob is to fill the position, he’s reluctant to give Eve a try. And I'll also suply the information I was looking for while getting spoiled (and didn't find here). This is apparently part of some of the Act Your Age, Eve Brown editions, but you can also read it for free now: https://read.bookfunnel.com/read/duuc...Although I really enjoyed this final book, there were a couple of things which niggled me! Chloe and Dani disappointed me slightly, when they were interfering and judgmental, and when her family came with all that drama, it made me frown! I would've also preferred if the romance took place over a longer period of time, as it just felt to much, too soon for me personally. Also, wet glitter.. I had been warned about that scene, but I'm pretty sure that no one's vagina should dissolve into a pile of wet glitter... Act Your Age, Eve Brown was a charming tale of love, passion, self discovery and understanding. Although I initially struggled to empathise with Eve, as she lolled about resembling Peter Pan, I soon grew to love this messy, chaotic, loveable woman. As the book continued, misunderstood Eve showed that she was riddled with insecurities, self doubt and anxiety, but set off on a journey of finding out what she was good at, and why she found certain things difficult, and it was emotional. I loved seeing her self confidence grow, and she handled some discoveries about herself like a boss! The Woman In Me by Britney Spears, the memoir of the “Princess of Pop”, is out. And it gutted me… Let me first give you my thoughts on this book, before we go into the narration of the The Woman In Me audiobook which is not read by the singer herself. The Woman In Me … If you’re looking for a way to keep yourself entertained on your next drive, look no further! I’ve got a great selection for you of free audiobooks for road trips that will keep you hooked for the entire journey. Whether you’re looking for funny fiction or an engaging drama, you’ll find something for every mood …

This book was not for me. At all. I am aware that this is a very unpopular opinion, since this novel has an average rating of almost 4.5 stars on Goodreads, but I ask you to please hear me out before you go get your pitchforks. The world would be a much better place if they stopped congratulating themselves on being normal and started to accept that there were countless different normals.” Category-length novel, previously titled Sweet on the Greek. A romantic comedy between a tattooed, pierced, and cynical heroine, and the bisexual football star who falls in love with her at first sight. He hires her to be his fake girlfriend. He wants her to be his actual girlfriend. Baby steps, and all that. Jacob didn't typically waste so much of his breath on interacting with untried strangers, because 90 percent of humanity was eventually proved useless and /or infuriating without any exertion on his part”

Most young adults can relate to Eve’s story. Her struggle with her identity and family expectations is quite the most amazing draw to this book. Is she spoiled? Coddled? Or did she grow up overly protected by her family?Who do I think should read this book? If you loved both Chloe and Dani’s books, I believe you would also enjoy this one, although, in my view, those ones are better. Also, if you like smutty romances and a quirky protagonist, you should give it a chance. If those two don’t appeal to you and if you dislike insta-love too, then give this book a pass. A standalone Christmas novella published by Kobo and only available on their platform. Hollywood heartthrob Will goes home for Christmas, and is determined to win over his childhood friend, cynical divorcée Abbie. To be completely honest, I was not a big fan of either of the other two books in this series - I thought they were just okay. The only reason I decided to read this one is that Talia Hibbert’s writing is very addictive, there were some funny moments in the previous novels and I wanted to listen to an audiobook while I worked out. Clearly, it was a mistake on my part because this book wasn’t it. If you tell me there’s a book about two autistic people finding love and happiness, I’m going to read it, and Eve Brown did not disappoint! As a general rule, me and romance novels don’t get along (a mix of the predictable formula and my hatred of people who aren’t me finding love and happiness) as per the rating, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless.
