Not that I could find anything unreliable about the device. It’s just a shame the curse of the leaky coils made an unwelcome return. The URSA Mini Pro 4.6K and the C200 both have a Super 35 image sensor, shoot on to both SD and CFast 2.0 cards and offer a type of RAW shooting along with another codec. But wait, there’s more — they also both offer ND filters, and they both have external controls for on-the-go shooting. Lastly, when the URSA Viewfinder is included, they both cost the same price. Because they are so similar, we wanted to do more than just compare their stats. We put them side by side to see how they hold up to each other in features and performance. We’re going deep, hold on and let’s get to it. Side by side Then I went on to the 0.4-ohm coil and found it best around 20 watts. Personally, I find this 20-30 watt range kind of a no man’s land, as it’s too high for using strong nic salts and too low for using standard juice. So, I usually test both. I filled a tank with 24 mg nic salts at 18 watts and it was meh. Then I switched to a more DL setup and found it best around 21 watts using 70/30 3 mg juice. Flavor was still meh at best and it only lasted about 20 mL.

From more obvious utilities like re-framing in post, to using the camera as a texture gathering device for building CG assets, there are quite a few fun uses for 12K resolution footage, particularly for VFX and compositing. You do this via the touchscreen which is responsive and easy to understand. The menu system is easy to use with obvious tabs along the screen to let you select a group of settings. You just tap and swipe then adjust settings. To help you get your shots in perfect focus and exposed correctly there are displays for histogram, zebra, false colours and peaking.The six small magnets on the underside appear to be placed in a haphazard fashion but they make a very strong connection with the battery section. Aside from the fact that you can totally use this camera to shoot in more standard resolution sizes—like 6K or 4K—there are still some arguments to be made for the utility of 12K footage for specific applications. The adjustable airflow was also up to scratch because not a drop of condensate gathered around the airflow slots. I found it to be one of the better features of the device for reliability.

Filling is easy and the battery will last a good few days with the MTL coil they’ll inevitably want to use. A single press of the + or – button will increase/decrease wattage settings between 5 – 20W in 0.1 increments. After 20W the increments increase by 0.5W Lost Vape Ursa Mini Safety Features

Design and Build Quality

The PCTG pod is tinted but not overly so. You’ll still be able to see all of the remaining e juice without removing it which is always a huge plus in my opinion. Charging was a little disappointing, I couldn’t find out the amperage it charged at but I’m guessing it isn’t over 1.5amps as it took over an hour from the lowest state.The on screen information was a bit shite too as it only displayed the charging animation with no estimated time or percentage. Warning: If the coils has a sub-ohm resistance, please make sure you have a great understanding and technical knowledge on how to use mods and batteries that can handle Sub-Ohm coils. If you want modern phase-detection AF, impressive low-light performance, a full-frame sensor for an even shallower depth of field, image stabilisation, a choice of codecs and even live streaming potential, however, then there are other cinema cameras on the market that make more sense. And these are certainly more useable for run-and-gun style shooting. But, of course, nothing else shoots in 12K, or 8K at 110fps, in video Raw at any price.
