When I used to fly the U2, I used to fly it all over the world, on missions when I was in the Air Force, and I used to have to remember to look out the window because what I was getting to see was something that most of the people on the planet weren’t getting to see. A lot of the same pictures you see from the astronauts up in the space station, we sometimes get the same views. I hope young people hear the exciting work that we do at NASA, not just on the space side, but the aeronautics side and all over NASA and be motivated to go do this really cool research and technology advancement.
