I am very happy that I found this. However, my wife seemed less pleased: "I definitely smell the coffee but I don't think I want that in my perfumes". At least she smells the coffee! Halloween Man X as a fragrance fascinates me. This has several reasons. For one, there's this opening chord. Fresh, citrusy and very pleasant. But after 5 seconds it's gone. Where did it go? Please stay with me a little longer. I really like this introduction. Then things get complicated between me and Halloween Man X. Now I smell almost exclusively cinnamon, tonka bean and a sweet whisky note. That's close to the tolerance level for me. If you're a hard-core collector with a lot of spare change, don't let me stop you though. This is the better frag than Legend in my opinion. I am able to see the world from a different point of view. I know who I am, but I also know that I can be someone else. Sometimes I do not understand myself, but I like myself. I do not fit into any stereotype. I fear nothing… except myself sometimes. BEWARE OF YOURSELF."

Halloween Man X to me is a hybrid of so many other fragrances. Ironically it is a Frankenstein DNA, which fits the name "Halloween" perfectly on this occasion. This has been one of my favorite perfumes since I was in middle school (junior high), and to me, it deserves a place in the 'cult classic' hall of fame. It's understandable that the perfume isn't more popular since Del Pozo is a relatively niche Spanish designer, not Ariana Grande or Paris Hilton. I'm not a floral-perfum lover...my best is vanilla/musky...but this one is kinda exception...cause it feels really wet and fresh also complicated allong being so simple...wearing halloween I can't decide it feels warm or cold...it more seems like none of them or both of them.I feel it can be used all seasons except a cold winter.I even don't know I really love this one or don't like it..it's a sexy floral women perfum or a girly fresh one...so strange!! This is as far from Halloween as one might find themselves. This is warm sunshine, crisp water, succulent blossoms, lush greenery. A beautiful tropical paradise teeming with new fresh life.The performance and projection is BEAST MODE. I work from 3 pm to 12 pm, and it lasts and projects all my shift, so I'd say 8+ hours of MONSTER PERFORMANCE AND PROJECTION, so it is very long-lasting and everybody around me can smell it all day.

It is sweet but not too much and has a bit delicious taste for me...longevity is ok..not too much but more than what I expected for such a fresh. Cool cheapy I wouldn’t reach for this if I was going on a date or going out at night, but for a day out this is an easy go-to. Very healthy longevity and a decent sillage. Moderate projection, making it a good office or crowded space choice. Not offensive at all.

I blind bought this for the name, as I'm forever a Halloween lover. It wasn't exactly my style, though I did like it, it sat on my shelf for awhile and being October, I took it out for a spin today. I thought this was rather like a hybrid of aquatic and ozonic frags like Acqua di Gio by Armani, Davidoff Cool Water but also comparable to powdery scents like Galliano and sometimes a lighter misty version of De Profundis by Serge Lutens. Some have also noted a similarity to Eclat D'Arpege by Lanvin but I don't quite see it. Eclat is so much better, even if it's as light and equally as short lived as this scent. This fragrance is very hyped by many Youtubers. Why? Probably because the perfume with the coffee note is very unique and also a real Cheapie. But is it worth the hype? Here you get to know my view of things:

My adjectives for this scent: Deep, warm, citric, sweetish, mysterious, fresh, curious, candied-apple-ish Because again this is a smell for a powerful successful woman, a high career one, a girly woman, or even I don't a heiress or nobiliare woman who doesn't have the feminist powerful vibe can't wear it or can but will look pathetic. This opening can be pretty cold not ice cold but like literally being exposed to the elements of the ocean with the cold winds and breezes and mists. A teenager? Let be serious just if that teenager is a Nobel awarded teenager. I don't know why they name this Halloween, I would name it the sound of Artemis, the voice of Athena, the pantheon or Joanna D'Arc but not Halloween because isn't a perfume for children or for playing and if you search Jesus del Pazo you will see in his creation the powerful women suite in clothes, and if I remember correctly a lot of powerful women for European space used to be his clients especially in the early 2000s later he focused more on theater costumes and Max G....he create right now personal perfumes and his clients are the elite of the Euro feminist louge sooo....I usually enjoy the scent of violet and banana leaf in fragrances, but in this particular composition these notes seem oddly placed. Additional notes including, pepper, magnolia, petit grain, incense and salty sea water only confuse my nose even more.
