About this deal

One Thursday lunchtime the Earth gets unexpectedly demolished to make way for a new hyperspace bypass. In this five-part series, US happiness expert and positive psychologist Michelle Gielan and British journalist and author Oliver Burkeman explore ways to become truly happier, backed up by scientific evidence. When several members of the ring soon turn up dead, Billy abruptly pulls Kate out, blowing her cover.

She does a fabulous job of teeing up the book, and expectations, on its opening page, and then delivers all the way through! Do you feel weighed down by stress and pressure, held back by judgement and lack of opportunity, and critcised by everyone – including yourself? Regardless, so many lines within this collection resonated with me incredibly deeply - I loved the vulnerability and authenticity present throughout. Listen in as she takes six different people on a career change journey to help them figure out what work they would really love to do and create a plan of how to make that career change happen.

It may be 150ish pages, but the absolute impact this has given me, it's something that will never ever be taken away. I have listened to so many of her poems on TikTok, and many of them resonate better spoken than read, so I would definitely recommend listening to her read her poetry before reading this to better understand the face and voice behind these words. i read it in the second way the author suggests, from beginning to end, in one sitting, but i will definitely get back to it using the first way! isabella’s book was created to, in her own words, ‘give people the comfort of knowing they are not alone in their emotions’. The hurt in my heart at the memories they reminded me of, but also the strange peace that somebody else understands my pain.

from relationships, to body image, to mental health, ‘how sunflowers bloom under moonlight’ has the sole purpose of making you giggle, cry, smile, reflect and cry a little bit more. There she is given the chance to undo her regrets and try out each of the other lives she might have lived. The fig tree is there, too, when war breaks out, when the capital is reduced to ashes and rubble, when the teenagers vanish. Being with your partner may feel like rainbows and unicorns, but that doesn't mean you have a healthy, functioning relationship. The audiobook reflects Rhonda’s own journey and shares the most direct way out for those experiencing hardship and the path to end pain and suffering endured by so many, and it shines a light on a future without anxiety or fear. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle.
