5 Outfits I’m Loving Right Now
It’s been a while since I’ve done a proper fashion related piece the involves outfits that I love. This blog post is all about the outfits I’m currently loving right now. With the help from Boohoo Man I’ve come to love some really amazing pieces. With the British summer being so unpredictable you need to be able to showcase summer, autumn and winter vibes. The outfits in this piece showcase just that.
– 1: Military Vibes –
The first outfit I’m loving is a green boilersuit which I was a little unsure about to start off with. On the model it looked okay but I was worried it would come and it would look like I was a part of the army as it would be so oversized. Being a lot smaller than the model on the photo I thought it would swamp me.
However, when receiving the outfit I fell instantly in love with it. It wasn’t oversized at all. The boilersuit is a little longer than I thought it was going to be. I rolled the bottom of the boilersuit up and made it look trendier. I added a tape belt to give it some dimension. The look is finished off with a favourite of mine, Chunky trainers.
If you have followed my blog in the past you know I’m a sucker for a co-ord. I have done for a few years now. Trying to track down a Co-ord was so hard to get. Back when I started to love them and now anyone can pick one up, which is something I love as I think they look amazing. This co-ord is a Shacket, (which is a shirt styled jacket) and trousers. When I first saw it on the BoohooMan website I saw the khaki colour first. I was so very close to having the khaki one instead, but I stumbled across this pale blue version.
I instantly fell in love with this colour more. The outfit has a smart casual vibe about it. I’ve teamed it up with a logo t-shirt so it doesn’t take away from the main outfit. As well as the very famous chunky white platform trainers.
The bolder the print and colour the better. The colour pink with the neon blue and green printed palm leaves is something I really love. It really makes the shirt pop. I wasn’t sure what colour shorts to put with this shirt as the shirt spoke for itself.
I picked out the pale blue colour to try to match up the colour on the shirt with the shorts. Scouring the BoohooMan I found these ripped skinny shorts and knew they would look so good with the outfit. The outfit oozes summer and I really love this about the outfit. I finished the outfit off with my trusty chunky white trainers.
This outfit was one of my ultimate favourites. A full on snake print co-ord. What a surprise Luke, another co-ord. I really love that BoohooMan have really gone after not one but two big trends at the moment. Snake print and co-ords. This jacket is very a lightweight denim jacket that is super comfortable.
I love the snake print is in monochrome as at the moment I’m loving monochrome almost as much as bold prints, which is something unheard of for me.
The shorts are also in the same fabric which is amazing as they give a little with the stretch. Pairing these together you don’t want something underneath to take away from the Snake Print, so I’ve paired a muscle fit t-shirt underneath. Again, the chunky trainers make an appearance on this outfit once again.
When a jacket jumps out at you and piratically hangs itself up in your wardrobe. You know it’s true love. This jacket was one of the ones I was also excited to showcase from all the outfits showcased. The purple and blue hues together with the embroidered back detail, is everything. The black palm print on an the acid wash bottom of the jacket just spoke to me. I feel so extra in this jacket and I love it.
The rest of the outfit I kind of wanted to pick out the blue/purple hues of the jacket to compliment. Underneath the jacket I’ve gone for a pale blue/lilac revere collar shirt which I thought went so well with the jacket. For the bottoms of the outfit I loved the idea of double denim so went for a super skinny jean that was almost the same colour of the acid wash at the bottom of the jacket. For this outfit I paired the hi top embossed trainers as I thought I’d go all out and be super extra.
