Aether-gold is a resource that you can use in any phase to activate a Triumph for one of your units (with 10 or more models), heroes or Skyvessels. This, like Start Collecting Anvilgard before it can be used in any Cities of Sigmar army. Don’t let the name fool you! Finally, they have access to some very strong battalions and artefacts, including the infamous Spell in a bottle (99% of the time filled with the Warp Lightning Vortex). In the skirmish game Warcry, Kharadron Overlords is one of the latest factions to be added to the game. A great value box and currently the only way to get the Bloodsecrator, Bloodstoker and Khorgorath. The contents of this box where the Khorne half of the original Age of Sigmar starter set and many people do/did (help me out here players) consider the Bloodstoker an autoinclude in Khorne armies. They fight well in close combat, can take a beating (not because of their saves but due to them having 2 wounds per model), but can’t come along when your ships fly high.

The Geldraad is an assembly of the leaders of all the Kharadron Skyports. The wealth of each leader determines their status in the assembly, and how much their vote counts when settling a dispute. For each 10 you take you can have a volley gun, a skyhook, and a skypike and you should always take these. Do not expect them to kill much more than simple chaff and you’ll never be disappointed. They exist to take objectives and get in the way of enemy units hitting the units you really do care about. Master of the Skies – If you do have an Oops-All-Ships list add 2” to the speed of all your ships, pretty handy if you’re running a lot of Frigates but more on why they’re so good later. Inspired : Used before a unit shoots or fights – allows them to reroll failed hits until the end of the phase. Since they specialize in shooting, they don’t really help you cover any tactical holes in your army list.
