I am happy with my new phone, although I had a very difficult start. I went from an old Samsung (J3) to Apple and it was hard to transfer the data. I had a tutorial with one of the Apple technicians and that helped a great deal. FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime-enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi‑Fi connection.
