My product didn't fall out like other have said, but when u purchases the hourglass eyebrow definer, that one fell out. Its a great product, but definitely for people who already have full defined brows and just need to fill in a few patches! Easy Peasy I'm not going to lie, I had this product for almost a year before I truly started liking it.
