About this deal

Tail E-Switch for Easy Operation: The SC33 is equipped with a convenient tail e-switch, making it effortless to operate with just one hand. Experience seamless mode switching and effortless brightness adjustment with this user-friendly design. With 6 brightness levels and 3 special modes (strobe, SOS, beacon), the SC33 offers versatility to adapt to various situations. Whether you need a focused beam or a signaling function, the SC33 has got you covered. Enjoy intuitive control and a hassle-free lighting experience with the Sofirn SC33. This is a solid performer at a low cost. The dual switch interface make it reasonable for tactical purposes, as do the dual springs. USB-C charging works well, too. Output doesn’t quite hit the specification, but more importantly, the throw does. Long Review The Big Table Sofirn SC31T Tactical Flashlight The SOFIRN SC32 HCRI is the high CRI version of SC32. It is a versatile and high-performance flashlight designed for everyday carry, outdoor adventures, and professional use. It features a hight CRI Nichia 519A LED with high color rendering, making it perfect for tasks requiring accurate color recognition. The flashlight is equipped with a reliable USB-C rechargeable system, eliminating the need for disposable batteries. With its maximum 1300 lumens output, it provides bright illumination for various scenarios. SOFIRN SC32 HCRI offers superior color rendering, long-lasting performance, and exceptional usability.

ATR technology: ATR will adjust the brightness level automatically when the temperature of the light reaches 55℃ (122 °F) to prevent overheating. In my review copy of the Sofirn SC31T tactical flashlight is a Luminus SST-40 emitter, in 6500K. This emitter is surrounded by a smooth and quite deep reflector. The cell goes into the light in the “usual way” (which is to say that the positive terminal of the cell goestoward the head).

Long-lasting Battery: With its efficient design and utilization of a single 21700 battery, the SC33 can provide extended runtime. Experience up to 11.5 hours of continuous use on the low mode, allowing you to rely on this flashlight for prolonged outdoor adventures or emergencies. Sofirn has made quite a name for themselves, churning out affordable, highly functional flashlights for the masses, and they keep getting better. Sofirn keeps their finger on the pulse of the marketplace and knows what’s hot and what’s not, so if something isn’t stirring the Kool-Aid, they fix it. The SC31T is a perfect example of this. Tactical-style flashlights are hot items, and every big-name manufacturer makes one (or more). I’ve been able to test some of the best on the market, and have a good idea of what makes a tactical light, well, tactical. The Sofirn SP35 ATR flashlight is controlled by a single switch. It’s an e-switch on the side of the head.

Part of how they did this is by making lights we want to buy, selling them for cheap, and catering to the customer while improving and launching new products. So far it’s worked, since if you identify as a flashlight enthusiast, you probably have a Sofirn light. Here’s a UI table! There are two groups on the Sofirn SC32 Mini Tactical flashlight. That’s another way (probably really “the” way) that this is a tactical light. State Medium was about as exciting as a game of Bingo at the local grange hall. Medium doesn’t fall under a regulated mode at 740 mA, so it’s still running on a MOSFET or some other regulator using PWM. The test started at 305 Lumens, and that didn’t change much, with gradual decreases in output as the battery drained. The output didn’t drop below 200 Lumens until 3 hours and 5 minutes in, then down to 150 Lumens by 4 hours 20 minutes, and under 100 Lumens by 5 hours 2 minutes. The output dropped to 72 Lumens before dropping off the scale at 5 hours 24 minutes. Sofirn’s wayyyy off here with their 7.5 hour runtime, but this is still a good figure. The light never got over 40 C the entire runtime.Sofirn has released the SC31T, a tactical flashlight similar to the SC31 Pro. This dual switch light uses a Luminus SST-40 and has good throw. Versatile Lighting Modes: The SC32 HCRI offers multiple lighting modes, including moonlight, low, medium, high, turbo and strobe, allowing you to choose the appropriate brightness level for different tasks or environments. It’s not possible to measure amps on this light as it requires the body to be disconnected from the head to access the battery. Throw was measured at 5 meters indoors using the Uni-t UT383S lux meter. I used the fully charged included Sofirn 3000 mAh 18650 battery for the test. Readings were recorded at 30 seconds. Mode Yes. The LED indicators in the side switch will flash red rapidly, and when the battery hits 3 volts, the light steps down to a very low level. After a while, the light will shut down.
