His most recent interior artwork for DC includes the epic series JUSTICE featuring the Justice League of America which he co-wrote with Jim Krueger. As he's just kind of this self-indulgent, independent force feeding off and causing more chaos, unhinged right there in the middle of it all. The twist with the Metal Men ruse at end was a bit hokey, I get wanting to celebrate everyone, so it worked for the story and fed into the fun of it all.

I love that Ross and Kruger included as many of the Bronze Age characters as they could (but then, I guess that was kind of the point). They recover Red Tornado's remains from the destroyed Watchtower and have them fixed by Doc Magnus, leader of the Metal Men. Mark Waid’s Tower of Babel storyline, where Batman’s intel on each JLA member’s weaknesses is used against them, is trotted out tediously again. Suddenly, across the globe villains like Lex Luthor, Captain Cold, and Poison Ivy offer up help the downtrodden, particularly those with disabilities and people living in the third world. The Justice League—they are known as DC Comics’ finest heroes, and they are prepared to save the world from itself! To begin with there hope that some illogical aspects will be explained, and that does occasionally happen. Absolute edition usually includes bonus materials such as the creation of the work, alternative covers, sketches, comic scripts, and more.

That said, I had a lot of fun getting to know the dizzying roster of superheroes here, many of which were new to me.And then when he’s floated there long enough the Phantom Stranger pops up and pings him back to Earth in an instant - my, how convenient! There are so many characters in this mammoth of a book as well, which can at times be confusing when your trying to follow 5 different scenarios in one fight.
