About this deal

Six robotic 5-axis CNC routers to ensure trim patterns and hole placement are precision and consistent Apply finer sandpaper for a smoother finish on all plastics. Start with 800-grit paper, dipped in water. Rub the area in a circular motion to buff it out. After a few minutes, move up to 1,000-grit and then 2,000 grit. [10] X Research source Try a liquid progressive polishing system for acrylic and polycarbonate. Start by putting the roughest polish on a rag and rubbing at the scratch in a circular motion until the edges of the scratch are mostly gone. Wipe it off. Then, move on to the next roughest, applying it in a circular motion. Once that's worn down the scratch, remove it with a rag. Finally, use the smoothest polisher to finish up. It should leave a smooth, scratch-free surface. [8] X Research source

For most plastics, you can simply use a few drops of dishwashing soap in 1 cup (240 mL) of warm water. With car headlights or other car plastics, you may want to spring for a car soap, as it will be gentler on the surface of your car if you happen to get it past the plastic areas. [1] X Research source We also now have an LT-Z50 clutch mod kit. Our kit moves the stall speed up to where the motor is making power before engaging the clutch. We also change the weight of the rollers to keep it in the power band as the belt shifts. With the clutch engaging at about 4500 RPMs, the motor pulls much harder from a standing start and can take off in softer terrain and on steeper upgrades. The kit is relatively simple to install. You can do it yourself with basic tools. The kit includes new high output lightweight rollers, 3 sets of springs in different tensions to allow various stall speeds, and two larger main jets.

will the newer models fit the 03? the newer models look real nice and i can not imagine that they made drastic changes to the frame, but i am unsure. You can also use a buffing wheel attached to a drill. Hold the wheel close to the plastic instead of the other way around.
