However, it is a very popular software but hence it has some benefits and some limitations. Now it’s refusing to open. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, tried to sort out ‘incompatibilities’, tried to open as ‘administrator’… i could see no reason why it would not open. I’ve been using since 2009 with little problem and currently on my HP laptop with windows 10, so had no idea why it suddenly refused. Nothing was coming up as corrupted at all.
