Old J Silver retains some of the main flavour notes of Old J original, keeping the smooth toffee, sweet lime and heady vanilla hit. Garnish by filling half a lime shell (the one you used for the pulp and juice) with lemon sorbet and 1 mint sprig. Old J is now available in sixunique varieties, with the same blended base spirit used throughout—except for in Old J Gold, which uses a British Virgin Isles rum from a pot still.
