So at the moment I’m a bit disappointed with all the new season across all shops. There isn’t a defined style or set trend coming through yet which is a bit disappointing. However there is a few items I’ve seen that I do really want. Starting from the top left is a camel/stone (I don’t mind what colour) Trench coat. Now here is my problem, ASOS sell them however, they do not have the length that I want, Burberry are the only fashion brand that do the length, but I do not have £1500 to spend on a trench coat. But I do have to remember that the models on ASOS are 6ft and over so on a short person like me at 5ft 7 and half it may come up a little longer than what it is on the model.
I love a good dungarees and this one from ASOS is perfect. I love the checkered look at the moment and this is just a perfect statement piece perfect for spring and summer.
Another from ASOS is the sweatshirt with laser pattern cut printed panel. It really caught my eye as it’s just different and has a quirky pattern detailing to it. Again it’s the checkered pattern which I adore right now. Teaming this jumper up with some skinny jeans would be a casual yet striking look with this bold jumper.
ASOS knows how to win my heart this January. I’ve always wanted a coat with fur around the collar, ASOS has a reclaimed vintage section and this coat with the fur is just something I seriously want. Sizing may be an issue with me because I’m super tiny but I want it so bad I wouldn’t even care. I love how the fur contrasts so much with the navy of the coat. It’s just a bold coat to keep you super warm for the horrid winter months.
Sunglasses are a bit of an obsession with mine and what better kind of sunglasses than these from ASOS (again) Sub branded from Jeepers Peepers, who I love, The oversize of the lenses is something I look for in sunglasses as I just love big sunglasses. Partly because I want to cover my face but as well they just look so good with an outfit. I love the gold pipping along the lenses which just give it a quirky and expensive look about them.
Another trend I’ve always loved is Polka dots. Yes you guessed it ASOS have done it again! I love how on this shirt the polka dots are just plotted randomly, there isn’t a set pattern of where they’re going. Which for me is what I like, a little bit of chaos to add to an outfit to make the eye wander all over the outfit.
The grid print for me is something I’ve always loved, add that to coat is just perfect beyond any level. ASOS have this reclaimed vintage coat that I really love, it’s longer length will definitely keep you warm on those cold winter days. However for me the sizing is an issue again with it only coming up with a small.
Anything holographic in my eyes is a winner, so this t-shirt from Zara is something I really want. I can team it up with my holographic shoes and it won’t be over baring with the holographicness of the outfit. I like that it’s just very simple and easy to put with other outfits also.
Last but not least, a monk strap shoe. After buying my burgundy shoes that are just so comfortable I looked all over for just a plain black pair of shoes. I’ve seen these ones on, you guessed it ASOS. I just love that they are so comfortable and have a cool look to them. They’re a shoe that will go with any outfit which is something I’ll always love.
Everything I’ve talked about on here have links if you want to purchase or to just be nosey. I’ll be doing a wishlist whenever I have enough looks too make a wishlist to showcase how I go about selecting my clothes for you guys. If anyone knows of a trench coat that is mid length, please get into contact with me as I’m desperate to have one!
