A complete party-in-a-cup, Tea Party Surprise includes surprise magic tea bags and fizzing sugar cubes that, when mixed with water, reveal jewellery, accessories and other surprise accessories that kids can use to dress and style their Itty Bitty Prettys dolls. Inside was this foamy slime – a cross between kinetic sand and slime with glitter embedded throughout. One of the most unique elements of the Itty Bitty Pretty tea set is the elements that are really related to tea.

Neve opened up one of the larger blind bags first to reveal a beautiful Itty Bitty Pretty doll inside.

There are some elements which just didn’t work for me personally, mainly the tiny plastic elements with the stretchy mouldable foam. The surprises keep coming with stickers for you to decorate and a matching comb so you can groom your unicorns glossy tail and having her looking super cute! The accessories are to be discovered in future blind bags, but Neve fell in love with her immediately even without her full outfit! There are two magic teabags inside which you can put into water and dissolve to reveal the outfits and fizzy magic cubes that dissolve into a glittery fizz and reveal funky accessories.You open the bottom of the teacup and there's a saucer stand, a packet of neat "slime" which is more like nicely-scented fluff, a checklist, and a pouch that has the doll's teacup and those pop-out charm things.

Whilst Neve really enjoyed playing with the foam itself, the plastic elements haven’t really been used so it felt like a bit of waste. The tea cup itself becomes part of the playset after opening as opposed to just being part of the packaging. We can see our girls dressing up in their fancy princess dresses, bringing their dolls to the table and serving tea out of real china tea cups! They come in a see-through capsule – which is perfect for using as a display case, and/or keeping all the accessories together.
