I love how honest this book is in that Stacey points out these are ideals and tips for a perfect life but life isn’t perfect and even her life has days which are messy and unpredictable… which makes her more relatable I think.I have a lot in common with Stacey so I felt a lot of this spoke to me on a personal level, especially when discussing her children and having her eldest while she was still young plus her mental health challenges.
